Parking is street only, the driveway is reserved for the other unit. On the main floor, you will enter into the living room, from there the dining room/kitchen connects to the half bath/laundry room and stairs to basement. There is also a large foyer off the living room that brings you to the main stairs. Upstairs you will find a full bath and two large bedrooms with closets. The third floor has a bedroom and access to the attic. All calls M-F will be returned after 4:00pm. Landlord pays for sewer and water. The tenant pays for trash, gas, electricity, and cable. The tenant is co-resposible for mowing grass with tenants on other side, an electric mower is provided and stored in the garage (which can be accessed through basement). Prefer to have no pets but will be looked at on a case-by-case scenario. If pet's are approved there is an additional $500 non-refundable pet deposit and $25/month pet-rent per animal.
