All Utilities, but garbage pick up by truck, around $25 per month, and air conditioning If necessary in the summer time, It's about $30-$50 depending on the BTU power of your unit, are included in your monthly rent. This 2 bed apartment, withuot included Utilities would cost you about $700, or even less, - just for you to compare with other prices for 2 bed. apartments where utilities are not included.
