It has a full bathroom with a bath tab. Its also has separate kitchen with nice stove, very nice refrigerator and several cabinets.Total footage of this appartment is about 350 feet. All utilities expenses for this apartment, which is water, sewer, electric and heat are included in rent amount. And estimate amount of this utilities expenses is about $200-250 monthly. In the winter time its more, because of heat, in the summer time its less. So, when you compare the price for this appartment with any other appartments prices, where utility bills are not included in rent amount, first take off from $850 the amount above, then compare the price. All Utilities are included in rent. Tenant responsible only for garbage service, if used. Last time they charge around $25 per month. Also there would be an extra charge for air condition, only if used. Normally you don't need it in the basement. If used, it would be around $50 per unit per month.
