There are new vinyl plank floors in all the rooms and all the rooms have fresh (or in good condition) paint. My home is energy efficient and the appliances are in good shape too. We are near bus route 8 and it's a very quiet neighborhood with some trees and lots of birds . There is one room available for rent within the 4/2 home. The initial lease will go to the end of July 2026 but can be extended further. My entire home is furnished and rent includes all utilities, trash, lawn maintenance, and internet. No smoking or pets please. Thanks!
