Due to a relocation outside of the area, we will be renting out our beautiful home in Glenside, available starting from 8/18/2022. Located in a quiet, charming neighborhood with friendly neighbors and lots of kids and parks around, this is the perfect house for families. It's a five-minute walk to the Glenside train station as well as to downtown Glenside with its many shops and restaurants. This is a large house with plenty of natural light. You'd have the option of renting out the house fully furnished with no additional charge. This includes all indoor and outdoor furniture, appliances, electronics, etc. There are hardwood floors throughout. Downstairs, there is a living room (with a working fireplace), a dining room, a large family room with a big window which overlooks the backyard, a full bathroom, and the kitchen. The fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, as well as other appliances are all in good, working order. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (including a very large master bedroom) and another full bathroom. The house has an attached one-car garage, a large walk up-attic, and a full unfinished basement (with brand new water heater, French drain, and sump pump). Central A/C. Working ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the family room. HVAC system is relatively new and in good working order. Outside, in the back, there is a very pleasant screened in porch, a deck, and a huge backyard. There are flowers everywhere (most are perennials which will come back every year), as well as a vegetable garden. There is also a shed in the back with a lawnmower and lots of gardening and landscaping equipment. We've lived in this house for years, first as tenants, and now as owners, so we're very aware of what it's like to be renters here ourselves. We're looking for quality tenants who will love this house as much as we have and we hope that you'll come to regard it as your home too. You can schedule to tour the house with us. If you are interested in renting, we require an application to be filled out on Zillow, including credit and background check, at your expense ($29). We'll only consider applicants with a credit score above 700, with a monthly income of at least 3x monthly rent, and with a clean background check. If you do meet all these requirements, please do not apply. Minimum two-year lease preferred. Pets are welcome, pending approval, with a one-time pet fee. No smoking permitted. All utilities to be paid by renter. Tenant is responsible for keeping the grounds, though all tools and equipment for doing so will be left onsite if you choose to do so on your own. Renters insurance required. Upon signing of the lease, tenant pays first and last month's rent and one-month security deposit upfront.
