Plantings Property is fully planted to Sumo Mandarins on Trifoliate Rootstock. Trees were planted in 2018 at 18′ x 8′ spacing. Water Property is located in Orange Cove Irrigation District and part of Kings River East GSA. There are two (2) wells and one (1) reservoir on the property. Both wells are tied together and pump into the reservoir. Both pumps are also certified to pump into the adjacent Friant-Kern Canal for use on this ranch or within the Orange Cove Irrigation District (OCID). This offers great flexibility during dry years. There are two (2) OCID turnouts on the property. The orchard has a fan-jet irrigation system in place. Wind Machines Property has three (3) rental propane wind machines for frost protection.
