Since we bought the home we have put about 60k worth of updates here are a few. We have 4 new bathroom stools, new faucets, floor tills, carpet, counter tops, backsplash, pull outs in kitchen cabinets, built in oven, lights, ceiling fans, garage door opener, triple insulated siding with wrap, roof, and other items. We have maintained the house very well. Nice bed and bath downstairs in basement. Three beds two and half up stairs. Low utilities, and comfortable.
