    The Original house is a one story craftsman built in 1929. This home sits on 5 acres and Goose creek runs through the southwest corner of the property. A Second story master bedroom and bath was added to the house in 1999. Then again in 2006, a first and second story addition doubled the square footage with a large living room, a library/music room, 4 children’s bedroom and two bathrooms. The original plumbing and electrical were upgraded and inspected to meet Clackamas County code during the remodeling projects and after I acquired the property in 2017. In 2019 The Old septic tank was decommissioned and a new septic tank, a primary and contingency leach fields were installed to meet County requirements for the added bedroom and bathrooms from the 2006 addition. In 1999 the previous owner remodeled the Kitchen/dining area, added an office area and wood stove on the first floor and added a second story master bedroom, a bathroom and 2 walk in closets. In 2006 a very large living room and library room were added to the first floor of the house. The second story addition included 4 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a new access stairway. One bathroom has a deep soaker tub and shower. The other bathroom a small shower. This addition has a separate furnace & AC unit and a new tankless water heater supplies these 2 new bathrooms. I recently upgraded the original 1929 front room and adjacent bathroom to a first floor master suite/ mother-in-law lThe house now has two large master bedrooms each with a private entrance, private bathroom and nice sitting/TV watching areas. The 4 additional upstairs bedrooms each two share the 2 bathrooms on the second floor. The first floor has three separate living areas, a large theatre style tv watching room with built in ceiling-surround sound, a large office area with a wood stove to supplement the propane furnaces and a library/music rehearsal area. The house has is a large kitchen which has a new stove/oven,allowances will be made for a new dishwasher and microwave . There is a large dinning area adjacent to the kitchen with floor to ceiling windows on one end that can be used as a breakfast nook. The current owner has added or replaced all gutters and ensured the storm waters are flowing to the side hill. The forced air gas furnace and AC supplying the older parts of the house was replaced in 2020. The well piping was replace in 2020 and a new soft water conditioner and dual bag filtration system was added to the well. Numerous nuisance trees were taken down and the stumps removed over the last three years. The wooden decking and staircase on the west side of the house was removed and all the post and beams showing any signs of decay were replaced with new outdoor wood. A new pergola, outside stairs to the second floor and additional decking were added in 2020. A rebuilt hot tub deck and a new hot tub was installed in 2018. Old broken concrete was removed and a new concrete patio with afire ring and additional perimeter sidewalks were installed in 2020.
