Full Library Wall/Media center custom built to separate living room from dining area in 2274 residence. A concrete wall separates the two sides for quiet living and separates the garage from living area for insulation. The garage is also insulated and extra wide for storage. Although Zillow doesn't distinguish between crawlspace and basement, both sides have a large crawlspace (not a basement). However, the crawlspace is high enough to simply duck your head to walk around under the house. The pictures feature in order the outside, then 2278, then 2274. All electric, Ameren average for the year 2016 (11 months) $123.92 for 2274 (3 bedroom). $108.82 was the average this year for 2278 (2 bedroom). The rooms on the 2278 side were freshly painted June of 2015 for new renters. No longer greens and rose color, now cream and pale grays, very pretty. We are now in the process of painting 2274 to the same idea of the pale grays.
