All electric, Ameren average for the year 2016 (11 months) $123.92 for 2274 (3 bedroom). $108.82 was the average this year for 2278 (2 bedroom). The rooms on the 2278 side were freshly painted June of 2015 for new renters. No longer greens and rose color, now cream and pale grays, very pretty. We are now in the process of painting 2274 to the same idea of the pale grays.
