We have been renting this as a vrbo rental for going on 11 years.. The nightly rate is 599 and with the full house of guests the nightly rate is upwards of 700 per night. I will owner finance @ 8 % for15 years with 50% down- The zestimate was around 700k and we had previously listed it for 750 then 699and now 689. We are selling a Vrbo business that is established and a real money maker and not just a house to live in.(the potential if worked in an aggressive manner using multiple listings will generate upwards of 100k per year. I have more land for sale next to this home that could share the pool and will offer it to the buyer first before listing just the land.So by buying the extra land you could build up to 2 more rentals on this same property. The 2 or 3 homes or cottagers could share the pool . We are 7 miles from the New River Gorge National Park and 15 minutes from the Summersville Lake State Park.The home is getting a brand new roof in the spring along with all new exterior trim that is already purchased. We have a great nearly new city water supply and wonderful neighbors but none are very close by. there are 2 queen rooms 2 king rooms and 1 upper loft kids room, making 5 bedrooms with sleeping arrangements in the lower area for up to three people and our living area couch makes into a regular size bed for sleeping up to 2 adults or 3 kids/ Our house had on a regular basis slept 14 people total.
