There are two holding pens with reinforced cattle-panels and six separate pasture spaces of various sizes with barbed wire at the top. A chicken coup is insulated, with canopy and 6’ galvanized fencing, also has attached rabbit hutches and a ‘separate handling pen. There is a gun range area and tree stands for the outdoorsman. The Propane gas tank for the generator is property-owned and it would be an option to add gas grill, lights or heating to the house or barn if the future owner desires to add such. The workshop is heated (220 electric) and has a fan and blower to Ventilate, and it’s super insulated and conveniently close to the house. Hosta’s and Daylillies are just a few of the special flora that grace the varied flowerbeds. A hand-pump (3rd well), was installed in 1999, is there- ‘just -in-case’ and sweet to the taste. 40 yr shingles with 130 mph wind resistant keep the House dry and attractive (installed in 2010).
