During this time, guests must keep noise to a minimum, including avoiding loud conversations, TV, music, or activity that may disturb neighbors. Bluetooth speakers, sound systems, and amplified music are prohibited at all times throughout the unit, hallways, and outdoor areas. This property is equipped with Minut noise monitoring devices and exterior security cameras. If noise levels exceed 80 decibels for more than 10 consecutive minutes, guests will be fined $2,500, removed from the property immediately, and their reservation will be canceled without refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the unit, on balconies or patios, and in shared or public spaces. The unit is equipped with active smoke detectors. If a detector is tampered with, disabled, or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. There is zero tolerance for tampering with any in-unit devices, including smoke detectors, Wi-Fi routers, noise monitors, or security equipment. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash and recycling in the designated dumpsters noted in the house manual located in the Guest Portal. Trash must never be left outside the unit, including doorways, balconies, or patios. Any violation of this policy will result in a $500 fine. Any violation of the core rules including but not limited to unauthorized guests, excessive noise, smoking, tampering with devices, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the property and non-refundable cancellation of your reservation. The primary guest must complete a pre-check-in form that includes identity verification via a valid government-issued ID and a matching selfie. All guests staying in the unit must be included in the original reservation. Visitors are not allowed unless pre-approved by management. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old; guests aged 1820 may stay with prior approval and a one-time $35 fee. Verification includes uploading a valid photo ID (driver's license or passport) and a matching selfie. Failure to complete this process will result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
