The camp includes four small bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom downstairs with shower. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and one is equipped with twin beds. A screened-in porch on the front of the house provides additional space for you and your guests and can be used in three of the four seasons. During the winter it makes an excellent place to leave your snowmobile or skiing gear. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, a new dishwasher, a microwave, a new refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, and a toaster. There is plenty of cupboard space, stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, and all other kitchen essentials. A beautiful, sunny, dining room seats six. There is also an outdoor gas barbecue, a patio and a fire pit. For rainy days there is a large 40" flat-screen TV with HD Time Warner cable in the living room, as well as a DVD player. The electric fireplace in the living room gives a cozy feel, no matter what the season. The camp is heated by a wall-mounted propane heater and also has electric heat for colder days. At the back door mudroom entrance you will find a small washer and dryer. The camp has a small double garage to keep your car dry and to store bicycles, kayaks and canoes. In the winter the lighted garage makes an ideal place to store or work on your snowmobiles before accessing the Old Forge snowmobile trails from South Shore Road. The camp has a new roof, installed in 2011, and a new septic, installed in 2009. The camp has cell phone reception from Verizon and ATT.
