I have a 1 bed 1 bath apartment available for a lease take-over at 227 South Burrowes Street. It is available for immediate move-in. The lease runs until July 11, 2024 and you can renew your lease if you want to stay for longer. Rent is $895 (until June 2023) then it will be $915 (from July 2023 until July 2024). Parking is included in rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity (about $15 to $30 depending on the season) and internet. There is a $40 application fee and $875 for security deposit. The building is grad students only. The unit can only be occupied by one person and it is no pets and no smoking.
