Kings Crossing is a beautiful Swiss Chalet mountain home located in the town of Winter Park on the bus route and walking distance to the heart of town. The home has 5 bedrooms plus 2 double beds in the TV room, 4 baths and a huge kitchen ready to serve you and your guests. The covered patio is equipped with a gas grill and several balconies are all comfortably furnished providing you with the undeniable opportunity to relax while enjoying the scenic views. Spend time with friends and family in the game room, TV room, living room or around the maple wood island in the spacious kitchen. Relax in the hot tub after a day on the mountain or enjoy foosball, ping pong or a game of bumper pool. This house is well suited for families and is ideal for entertaining. The kitchen area is adjacent to a large dining room and the pocket doors through-out the house allow for five separate areas of private conversations and relaxation. The house has three wood burning fireplaces (wood provided) and beautiful chestnut floors. The one king and two queen bedrooms have private baths, closets and their own balconies. The master bedroom on the top floor is spacious and cozy with a wood burning stove, private seating area and a large TV. The main floor has five bunks/beds and one double bed. A bath (shower, toilet and sink) serves bunk room guests. For convenience, the laundry room has one washer & two dryers to keep the vacation laundry moving! More fun can be had in the heated garage for ping pong or waxing your skis on the workbench for the slopes tomorrow. There is plenty to do in the Winter Park area. During the winter season head to Winter Park or Mary Jane to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, tubing, dog sledding ice skating or cross-country skiing. The Village at Winter Park provides great shopping and entertainment as well. For added convenience, the bus picks up and drops off in front of the home twice an hour during ski season. No need to drive to the ski area! During the summer season enjoy fishing, hiking and world class mountain biking. The resort turns into a summer playground with a mountain slide, miniature golf, and a maze. Take a short 45-minute drive to Lake Granby for water-skiing and sailing Grand Lake with its water sports and classic boardwalk. Winter Park is a small quaint town, but there is both casual and fine dining. The 5-star spa at Devil's Thumb Ranch is just a 20-minute drive away. Come play, dine and reconnect. Pole Creek is a beautiful golf course that has won awards and is only a 20-minute drive from Winter Park.
