Comes with a washer/dryer in the unit as well as a coin operated washer dryer in every building. Rent includes water, trash and sewer - the resident pays for gas, electric and cable. The Enclave units are in buildings with a common hallway- 4 units on the top floor and four units on the bottom floor. All buildings have a locked entry door- all residents have a key to their building door. Visitors may use the intercom system to be allowed access inside the building from the resident. 2265 H is vacant and ready to rent. We do require the new resident to see it prior to submitting an application. We can hold it up to three weeks from time of application with a signed lease agreement. You are welcome to see it during office hours of Monday 9:30-5, Friday from 9:30-5 and Wednesdays from 9:30-12. Christine works in the office and will give you keys of you go during office hours. The front doors of the office are currently locked so once you approach the front doors you will see a white piece of paper on it with instructions to call her. Let her know you are there to see 2265 H and she will bring keys out to you. If you need a different day or time than office hours please email King Property Management and we will make arrangements to show it to you. King Property Management does not manage this unit. KPM will do all the paperwork involved- process the application and meet to sign the lease agreement and go over all move in paperwork.
