This particular unit is a spacious 1 bedroom with 1 pullout sofa perfect for families or friends travelling. Comfortable King-size bed fully outfitted in luxurious, hotel-grade linens. Exquisite bathroom with graft rain shower, LED-lit vanity mirror, Toto Neorest toilet and everyday essentials. Open living space, with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. Stunning kitchenette with a dining nook, mini fridge, microwave, gas cooktop, Breville toaster oven and Nespresso machine - we provide pods, creamers and sweeteners. Guest access: Please note that guests who are staying in the Malibu Sand suites do not have access to the elevated beach surface at Malibu Sand or the elevated beach surface at SA Beach which is the property that we manage next door. There is a house on the Malibu Sand property that rents completely separate from the suites. The elevated beach surface and the rooftop jacuzzi area are reserved for the house. If you'd like to rent a suite and have access to an elevated beach surface with sand and lounge chairs, please rent one of our SA Beach suites next door! Complimentary access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite). Getting around: Since this villa is managed by us, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your rental car at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer.
