This house is available to show on 6/23/2025, and will be ready for occupancy on 7/1/2025: 1-- The inside of this home was completely repainted and all new fixtures were installed in Q4 2023. The following was true for the previous tenant, who rented for 8 months: 2-- Both bathrooms have all new fixtures, toilets, plumbing, vanities, etc., and the main bathroom tub was removed and turned into a modern walk-in shower. 3-- There are all new kitchen appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, range and hood). 4-- A new HVAC (electric heat pump) was installed, with an easy to change air filter. 5-- A new electric water heater was installed, with a sediment filter ahead of it. 6-- There is no gas service (the stub-outs are capped inside), and there is no longer a gas meter on the house, so there is no source of uncombusted hydrocarbons or carbon monoxide in the house. 7-- There are five (5) brand new smoke detectors throughout the house. 8-- All duct work has just been cleaned and there was no evidence of mold (nor has there ever been), and 9-- The backyard has a new AstroTurf play area and brick pavers.
