The Homestead is a rustic 3 bedroom two bath home with a unfinished garden level basement on 95 acres. The house is completely off the power grid and completely powered by the sun. We are hoping to add wind power to the power system by Spring. We are looking to share our home and ranch with another guy who is wanting to live in a very rural and country setting. You need to be open minded, honest, responsible, considerate and laid back. We are looking for someone with experience in construction skills, interested in green building, experience in gardening and permaculture is a plus. Your monthly rent would be $450.00.for one room but also available is two rooms next to one another and your own private bathroom for a monthly rent of $700.00. Which will include all utilities with the exception of phone and Internet which you will need to supply yourself. Available the 1st of the month. $450.00 or $700.00 deposit. Also available if you are into having your place all to yourself is a 28 foot pull behind camper trailer. It rents for $300.00 monthly and the security deposit is $300.00.Retired or on SS, SSI, etc. You must be LGBT/420 friendly.
