**Available mid to late January** I'm transferring out of the area and need to rent out my 2 bed / 2.5 bath townhouse in downtown Raleigh. It's a 1321 sq ft end unit in the Walnut Terrace community. Right across from Washington Elementary School. Location is unbeatable as you are walking distance from downtown. The unit is in great shape and I've been the only tenant to live in it since they were built. The rent is $950 a month and you must still apply through the leasing office on site. This means you'll have to pay the office the refundable deposit (1 months rent), pass the background/credit check, and do all the other paperwork just like normal. You can either finish out my lease which goes through May 3rd 2016 or go ahead and sign a 1 year lease to lock in the current rate. Since this is taking over my lease the unit comes as is but I will have it cleaned before move in.
