You can ski right out our front door with good snow conditions. Keep in mind that when It warms up and the snow starts to melt that it makes it harder to "ski out" we are NOT a ski in property. We are situated on a hill just above the village. Skiing down to it is easy but you will need to walk back up at the end of the day but its quick and easy to do so. Owner pays all utilities.
