Spaulding Brook Preserve consists of a 576± sq ft camp built on the hillside above the clear waters of Spaulding Brook on a 117± ac parcel of mixed wood forest land. The woods are full of small and large game. Grouse, snowshoe hare, deer, moose, and more are found here. A wood shed, storage building, and privy round out the improvements to the recreational retreat.
