This is a beautiful house next to conservation land. Hike out the back door in summer, cross country ski out the back door in winter. The swim at Walden Pond in the hot days of summer. This rental is for one bedroom with a shared bath. And this bedroom has a sleeping loft! I rent two bedrooms out of the 4 . Currently there is one other very considerate house mate who has been here 3 years. The rent includes utilities. I rent from month to month. But I ask one month's rental fee as a security deposit to hold the room and then first and last months rent when you move in. I also ask for a two months notice when you decide to leave. There is no smoking in the house and no drug use of any kind. I do allow moderate alcohol use. There are no pets allowed. The renters share the snowblowing and snow shoveling respsonsibilities.
