    Fixer Upper house for sale by owner, Three floors, Six Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, A Kitchen and 3rd floor Kitchenette, good investment opportunity. Roof replaced in 2021. Working radiator heating with a boiler. Plumbing work done in 2022. Constructed in 1903. Oak floors throughout the first two floors. Third floor finished likely in the 1950s. First floor has a spacious living room with original unpainted French doors and a brick fireplace (nonfunctional). Dining room has an original wooden built-in cupboard. Kitchen has been stripped, ready for renovation and has a large original pantry. First floor full bathroom. Large mud room and a bonus room that was added on to the first floor likely in the 1970s at the rear of the house. Second floor has four spacious bedrooms, a full bathroom with original patterned wooden wainscoting currently painted white, and a linen closet. One of the bedrooms has a large recently installed custom wall closet that can come with the house if the purchaser desires, will be removed if not. Third floor has two bedrooms, a small kitchen with 1950s porcelain sink and metal shelving, and a bathroom that has a bathtub but no shower which I am counting as a half bath. On the exterior the house needs gutters replaced and some porch work done. Back yard is significantly overgrown. Unfinished basement has no foundation issues to my knowledge but does see some dampness and water intrusion during heavy rain storms. Has never flooded to my knowledge, not even during recent heavy downpours.
