On 6/26/21, the two original Lennox AC units were replaced with brand-new 4-ton and 3-ton Carrier AC units, 17 SEER rating. The cost was just under $19,000. About 2-3 years ago, a new Electrolux fancy washing machine was purchased for about $1,200. On 2/12/2021 two trees were purchased from Moon Valley Nursery at a cost of $2,312. It was a Valencia Orange tree and a Ficus Nitida tree, including the warranty. A number of flower beds were created and planted. A number of outdoor metal sculptures were placed. There is a mature lemon tree in the backyard, The house is 1 mile away from the Highway 101 freeway and so one does not hear the freeway noise. It's easy access to Highway 101 and if there's a traffic pileup, it's easy access to Highway 60, Santan Freeway 202, or Highway 10. It's only 2 miles from the huge Chandler Fashion Square Mall. The house would have been in the outskirts of town 30 years ago, but now is centrally located due to access to all 4 major freeways.
