He was also a Real Estate Broker specializing in land development for ranch and timber properties throughout Northern California and Oregon. Jay Hinrichs was President of Langer Mortgage in Oakland, California where he administered a traditional investor pooled funding company with $35,000,000 in assets and over 250 Investors until Spartan Mortgage acquired the company in 1991. Michael Hanks Michael serves as one of the Managing Owners of True Wholesale Houses, LLC. Michael has over 8 years experience with banking and the development and implementation of banking software.
