Close to Hwy 20 - easy access in winter 4000 feet elevation - cooler summers and variable winter snow (4wd is probably a good idea) depending on the weather year. Probably best for a single person but possibly good for 2 Water included, Tenant to pay their other utilities Approximately 800 sq feet this includes a small loft Wood burning stove Propane heater 11 month lease Security deposit is 1 months rent.
