I am moving to the west coast and need to find someone to take over my lease that ends July 10th 2019. This is a great apartment. Its first floor, direct access to outside. Right next to the small dog park for the apartments. These apartments allow up to 2 pets. Small monthly pet fee. Dogs and Cats are allowed. I will be moved out by May 7th. I am leaving the deposits (Both base deposit, and pet deposit) with the apartment. In order to sublet this apartment, you will need to fill out an application with the lease office (~$50 app fee), if you are approved then you will sign on to the lease, and I will sign off of it. Payments will be made directly to the lease office through online payments.
