My friend (25F) and I (30F) are looking for another female roommate to join us in a house in the Bucking Horse neighborhood starting June 15 for a year-long lease! The lease only allows 2 pets and we already have 2 dogs, so no more pets unfortunately. ABOUT THE SPACE: You'd get the entire private basement space to yourself including a private bedroom, bathroom, spacious living room, and ample storage space (photos 1-3) - the kitchen and laundry are upstairs in the communal space. The space is unfurnished. Rent will be $1,050 before utilities, but with that will come access to the HOA pool, a separate one-car garage, free street parking, in-unit laundry, and a GREAT neighborhood. We're right across the street from a King Soopers, we've got easy access to the Poudre Trail and several natural areas, and we're close to Jessup Farms. It's a one-year lease beginning June 15. We're managed by Real Property Management of the Rockies, so there are some upfront fees included in the lease agreement, but otherwise there are not hidden fees throughout the lease term. We'd be adding you as a third tenant to our lease which includes a $200 fee. No more pets on the lease as we're already at our 2 pet limit. No smoking of any kind. Tenants are responsible for lawn care and snow removal and we expect to share these responsibilities equally among the 3 roommates.
