Deposit may not be returned if any violations of the lease are made, damages that are not easily fixed by owner, or part used if needing to clean extra after tenants move out more than normal amount. Deposit will be returned at the end of the lease if all is well with the property. Tenants must have a credit/background check, no evictions in the last 4 years. Tenants must maintain rental insurance as well. Landlord will give 24 hour notice before entering home as needed for repairs, etc.
