The upper level has a gazebo. It is a great place to relax or entertain. Two bedrooms upstairs each have a queen bed with memory foam mattresses. There is one full bathroom. Stackable washer and dryer is located in second bedroom. Living room has a hideabed couch, 1 chair, and a chaise lounger. Large mudroom has extra cupboards for a pantry or storage. No garage but there are two smaller sheds available for use. Renters are responsible for all utilities, or 1500$/month includes electric, gas, water/sewer, and internet. House is furnished with 2 queen beds and a hide abed.
