This is a very nice house on what is likely the most desirable street in Tamaqua. Some of the pictures I included are before painting, and before the flooring was installed, I included them to show the size of the rooms. Most of the rooms are painted with the neutral color you can see in at least one of the pictures. The ceilings have been painted ceiling white. One bathroom is a pale green. Master bedroom is painted a creamy light brown color. I am selling this house as is where is to a pre qualified buyer. Most of the renovations are finished, except for the kitchen and 2 vanities for the bathrooms. The roof is newer and is in great shape.
