Welcome to the 2023/2024 Student Built Home. Yet again we are proud of the accomplishment of this program in creating another beautiful home in the Northland Subdivision. This home has a wonderful layout, boasting 4 bedrooms, and three bathrooms with a daylight basement with an additional family room on the lower level. The home was constructed under the patient and watchful eyes of the instructors coupled with the involvement of numerous and reputable local subs. The home backs up to open space which also affords a nice mountain view to the East. Additionally, the home is built to be tremendously energy efficient with both a gas-forced air and radiant floor heat system.
