You can move in any time after January 1st, and I will pay the sublease fee.Looking for a female roommate, will be living with 2 other females in a 3Br/2 Bath apartment. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate. Apartment in great location a 10 minute walk from central campus! Very clean, huge kitchen, with a coin operated laundry in building. Rent is $405 per month, utilities are typically between $15-25 per person. Internet and water are paid for by landlord.
