Bring your ideas to update the cabin. There is already a good well, metal roof is only about 5 yrs old. The kitchen needs a new cook stove, a refrigerator is included. There is running water to kitchen sink. The camp is heated by the woodstove, there is also an electric furnace that will stay but it is not hooked up. The upstairs is accessed by a pull down ladder, it is one big sleeping room.
