The second room is a study with two desk spaces and generous shelving for a library collection. Doors provide privacy or can be left open for communication with persons in the great room. A long hallway leads from the great room to a laundry/mud room, bathroom, and three bedrooms. The cheerful blue and yellow laundry-mud room is convenient to the source of most household laundry the bedrooms and bathroom. It has a coat closet, shelving, and a door opening to the porch. Washer and drier are not supplied. The bathroom has two sinks, a shower, and cabinet space. The master bedroom includes a powder room. All bedrooms have double closets with sturdy rods. One bedroom has access to attic space via a drop-down ladder. Pets are welcome at the discretion of the landlord.
