The cabins are seasonal (no primary residences), town water is available to each cabin from May 1 to Oct 31. Low association dues of $480 per year covers trash, community lawn mower, road, beach, common insurance & off-season security system. Owners maintain their own units & unofficially the lawns immediately around their cabin.
