Each Flexhome is fully furnished and includes a kitchen with cooking essentials, memory foam mattresses, sheets and towels, in-unit or shared building laundry machines, smart TV, coffee maker, laptop-friendly workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a starter set of paper products, toiletries, and other household and cleaning supplies. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room loveseat is relatively small (while lying down, most people would have legs hanging off the end) so we've excluded it as a sleeping area. You are welcome to add a 3rd guest, however please keep this info in mind. The 500 N Broadway Lot is one of the nearby options located on the adjacent block from the building which is at Broadway & Michigan House Rules: 1. Ages 21+ to book. 2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others. 3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses. 4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). 5. Quiet time after 10pm. 6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion. 8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. *Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules.
