We are looking for short-term (3 month minimum, beyond 3 months, term is negotiable) renters who need a furnished home to call their 'own' for a season. The full basement is available for so much storage or whatever indoor activity works for a 'finished' unheated space. Water is from on-site well, and Sewer is on-site Septic. Utilities that are Tenant's Responsibility: Trash, Power, Internet NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE HOME OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY--we are avid gardeners and do not want the property spoiled with the 'remains of the day' from smoking, including anything the US Gov't still says is illegal. There is a half-circle gravel 'driveway' at the front of the property--easily holds 3-4 cars. Minimum stay lease is 3 months. Any other stay, e.g., 4 months or up lease is also available. Pet Fees, Non-refundable: $400 per pet. FOR DOGS OVER 40 POUNDS: Additional monthly rent amount of $300 per month added to $3000, for a total of $3300 per month. The yard is not fenced to keep a dog inside the 1 acre property owner must be willing to walk dog and pick up its poo when it relieves itself on the property, so the mowing won't spread it everywhere, thank you!! Tenant's maintenance responsibilities: Change the whole house water filter periodically, keep the home clean and free of insect pests and mold. Landlord mows the grass and keeps bushes trimmed.
