The home accepts a maximum of 2 pets with a fee of $600 per pet. Pack N Play and High Chair are available by request. Situated in one of California's most iconic beach towns, this home is just two blocks from the excitement of the 101 and main street. It's ideally located for easy access to the beach, shopping, and dining, and is close to the highway for a short drive to attractions like the Del Mar Racetrack, LegoLand, San Diego Zoos, Sea World, and downtown. Neighboring beaches and surf spots such as Swami's and Beacons are just a short walk away. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced, with fines up to $10,000 for noise ordinance violations. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. The massage chair and Tonal machine are not available for guest use. The guest bedroom/office includes a Tonal Gym, although the machine is not available for guest use.
