This is an opportunity to bypass that list! The apartments are new construction (built in 2015/2016) and have great amenities such as a resort-style pool, firepit, gym, and a yoga/pilates room. Management also hosts creative (and free) monthly events for residents. In the past, these have included trolley pubs around Ann Arbor, a macaron-making course at Sur La Table, wine and painting in the clubhouse, happy hour at Mikette, and more. ;; Rent is set at $1400/month and the lease ends on April 30th, 2018. At that time, you will have the opportunity to sign a new 12-month lease if you'd like. The apartment will be available for a move-in date of Tuesday, November 7th or any time thereafter. Since the apartment is being re-leased, it will be handled entirely by the apartment front office.
