The basement has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, large closet space and plenty of storage area. The rent is $1,000 which includes all the utilities (water, electricity, gas, trash, and Internet). I will prefer someone who has graduated college and is working full time. You will have a shared kitchen which is recently renovated. There is a nice deck off the back of the house. - 3 miles south of Reston Town Center - Easy commute to Dulles Airport, Herndon, Sterling, Tysons Corner - Dulles Toll Road and Fairfax County Parkway are less than one mile from your door - Easy access to public transport, shop and restaurant. Lease agreement must be signed, $1,000 security deposit and first month’s rent payment upon move in (available ASAP or by August 15). Application fee is $40 per adult/applicant. No pets and no smoking please. Single mother is also welcomed.
