The house includes like-new electric appliances including a dishwasher, oven range, and super-capacity washer and dryer. We are quiet and peaceful people, and we will provide you ample privacy. The home comes as partially furnished, but you have the option to bring your own furniture. In addition, since a tenant is currently living in the log house, the photos are from last year but still represent the current condition of the house. - Date Availability is flexible. - Smoking is not allowed inside the house. - Parking is available for 4 cars, there is one carport for one car. - Pets are not allowed. - Minimum credit score 720. - Renter is responsible for electricity, internet, and a portion of the garbage bill. - Lease duration: 12 month minimum. - Security deposit: 1 month's rent. - First and last month rent due at signing.
