The house is resting on the only gated community in Delano, California. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There are about 30 homes in the gated community in Delano. The children can play on the streets where traffic is very rare to pass by our homes. Neighbors are very friendly and practically all the children in the block knows each other. We watch out for neighbor that's on vacation and very pro-active in talking to neighbors in regards to suspicious activities. It is a great way to come home to after a hard day of work to get away and just enjoy your day at home.
