Redwood City home has a large room for rent! Hello! We are an LGBTQ+ home looking to fill in a large, 2nd floor room roughly 14ft x 21ft with the closet being roughly 2ft x 7ft of that space. 1 of our current roommates are moving out the end of July, and we're hoping to bring in someone as a sublease. The room is going for $2000/month as part of the overall rent for the house. We will split the house three ways between my husband and myself, and two other roommates with whom you would share a bathroom. The house has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate living rooms, a dining room. Washer and drier are upstairs. There is a large storage area above the garage that you will have direct access to from your room! The rest of us have to climb some stairs to get to it. The backyard is small, but not unusable after some TLC. Sorry no pets, no smoking indoors.
