Before we moved here, the neighbors bought the lots across the street from us and gave the land to the City of Decatur so that the neighborhood would have a park. This small Waddell Park is lovely, and grownups and children get to appreciate this unspoiled property every day. The view is absolutely lovely in all seasons.
