Invest your time in making this house your home! Wiring has been updated, Windows replaced, new furnace, sewer is good piping in basement has freeze damage, new siding, insulation is mostly the old 60s insulation shredded paper except on walls that have been updated, fenced yard (about 80% fenced in) , corner lot! Water heater needs replaced. Floors beed refinishing, walls are still 1960s plaster though some rooms are add ones like a captured bedroom and others have been somewhat sheet rocked in, like the bathroom and a few walls going outside. Theres absolutely no kitchen. Previous owner ripped it out while he was remodeling and intended to replace it, but life happened. Putting the rest of the fence in finishing the basement that seems to have been started in the 60s and never done lol like 4' ceilings in the basement when im about 6' tall.
