Also within a short walk or drive of many places to hike or get on the water. 10-15 minute drive to Topsham, Brunswick, and Bath. 30 min to Portland, Augusta, Lewiston.
Available June 1 for a one year lease, with the possibility of an earlier move-in date. Rent is $1175 per month, which also includes water, propane for the stove, and wifi. Electricity (including for heat & a/c via the heat pump) is the responsibility of the tenant. References, proof of income, and a credit check will be required along with the application, if you choose to apply. First month's rent plus a deposit equal to two months rent are due upon signing of a lease.
