This is a great house for anyone who wants to live close to downtown, 12 South, Wedgewood-Houston, or Hillsboro Village. The interstate isn't far but you can easily get all over town on surface roads from here. I love dogs but it isn't a requirement for you to have one, just a plus! The front and back yards are fenced in so your pup has plenty of room to hang out. I used to live here and frequently miss it: it really was the perfect size for me and my partner at the time. Great back deck for birdwatching. Great front porch for coffee in the morning. Hard to beat. Lease terms will be provided if you get far enough along in the screening. Utilities are not included.
