We are conveniently located in the prime Northside "gourmet ghetto" location directly across Hearst Avenue from UC Berkeley's Barker Hall, and steps away from a Bear Transit stop, BART, and AC Transit. We are at the final stage, namely freshly painting the entire unit, following various upgrades, including new kitchen and bathroom hardware, a new refrigerator, range hood, toilet, and a "fandelier" in the main room. New photos will be posted as soon as the paint dries and the unit is professionally cleaned; the photos will augment the 3D and floor plan currently depicted on the listing. The unit has a large, separate kitchen which features two entries (one to the main room and one from the unit's hall/entry area), appliances, a pantry/broom closet, and a large, working slider window. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, gas range/oven and hood, granite countertops, stainless steel sink, ample counter-to-ceiling solid wood cabinets/under-cabinet storage, and durable, easy to clean/maintain SPC flooring.
